Depois colocar o açúcar de forma a tapar todo o milho (eu costumo fazer deste modo, mas se acharem que é muito reduzam, garanto que não ficam muito doces).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Colocar o tacho em lume forte com a tampa fechada, quando ouvirem a primeira pipoca a estalar, reduzam para o mínimo e mexam o tacho de forma circular (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;cuidado!!!&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;que o tacho deverá estar bastante quente, façam sempre isto de luvas). A partir de agora os cuidados a terem é não deixar queimar o caramelo e muito menos as pipocas. Eu recomendo a deixarem a tampa um pouco aberta, pois a entrada do ar irá facilitar o processo. Admitindo a minha total ignorância na matéria dei por mim a ver qual das soluções mais se adequava à situação..., escolher entre uma placa vitrocerâmica ou um de indução. Na página da &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family: trebuchet ms;" href="http://www.deco.proteste.pt/cozinha/placas-de-inducao-escolha-pelo-preco-s516501.htm"&gt;Deco Proteste&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt; temos o panorama geral da eficiência de cada equipamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify; font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;Se por um lado tudo indicava que iríamos colocar uma placa de indução (=vitrocerâmica com focos de indução magnética) por outro lado esta alternativa tornava-se dispendiosa uma vez que para aquisição deste equipamento, os nossos tachos e panelas têm que estar preparados para tal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uma maneira prática para testarem os vossos tachos é colocarem um íman sobre o fundo do tacho, se o íman colocar significa que está apto para as placas vitrocerâmicas.&lt;br /&gt;Se não fosse esse pequeno (mas no orçamento grande) detalhe teriamos colocado placa de indução uma vez que as suas vantagens superam em muito a de vitrocerâmica e os tradicionais bicos a gás.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com indução assim que tiramos o tacho do foco, podemos colocar a mão de imediato que não queima, podemos colocar um tacho pequeno num foco grande que não existem desperdiços de energia uma vez que o foco se ajusta ao tamanho desejado. Se pretender aromatizar ainda mais este preparado, recomendo a colocarem raspas de limão ou laranja.&lt;br /&gt;Por fim é só colocarem as maçãs a 180ºC cerca de 30minutos no forno. float: right; cursor: pointer; width: 184px; height: 124px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_LyErT0Z8ZCA/Sd_QMxt-P0I/AAAAAAAAAfs/2dWgT9njEK4/s400/pip.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5323202202498383682" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;300g de carne picada&lt;br /&gt;1/2 copo de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;2 porções de azeitonas descaroçadas&lt;br /&gt;2 mussarelas de búfala&lt;br /&gt;1 embalagem que queijo para derreter&lt;br /&gt;Sal, pimenta e alho em pó q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comece por lavar muito bem os pimentos e retire tanto pé do pimento como as sementes no interior. Reserve virado ao contrário para escorrer a água.&lt;br /&gt;Numa frigideira, coloque o azeite e o alho esborrachado, deixando fritar por breves segundos. Coloque em seguida os cogumelos a saltear, que foram previamente picados grosseiramente. Reserve os cogumelos.&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto tempere a carne picada com sal, pimenta e alho em pó assim como descaroce e pique grosseiramente as azeitonas.&lt;br /&gt;Num tacho, ponha um pouco de manteiga (para quem não gosta, pode obviamente colocar azeite e em último caso óleo) e deixe a carne ganhar cor. Quando toda a carne estiver doirada adicione o vinho e tape o tacho, passando para lume brando. Eu recomendo a usarem o que é normal quando cozinham, por exemplo, uma peça de carne. Entretanto, forre uma tarteira com a massa folhada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Numa tigela, bata as gemas com o açúcar até ficar uma mistura clara, neste ponto se apreciar poderá adicionar um pouco de canela em pó ou gengibre ou as raspas de limão. Junte o béchamel e envolva tudo muito bem. Verta a mistura para a tarteira e levar ao forno durante 30 minutos. Nesse momento, acrescente os cogumelos, adicione a pimenta e o sal a gosto e tampe o tacho, passando ao mínimo. Passado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt; pouco tempo repará que os cogumelos que outra hora ocupavam grande parte do volume do seu tacho, neste momento encontram-se no fundo, tendo encolhido bastante. Se nessa altura eles tiverem pouca água poderá acrescentar água e vinho (não havendo proporções exactas para este passo), de forma a que eles possam continuar a cozinhar, para ficarem tenros e suculentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Dependendo da quantidade que fará, assim o tempo do cozimento dos cogumelos, o ideal mesmo é provar, até encontrar a textura que mais o agrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;E pronto, estão prontos a servir os chapinon salteados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center; Sit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;uado em São Pedro de Sintra, na Praça Dom Pedro II, de fachada discreta, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Em Banho Manel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt; é um restaurante chique, c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;om uma decoração barroca, que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt; apresenta-se com tons avermelhados e acinzentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Desde logo somos brindados com um &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;flute&lt;/span&gt; de champanhe e convidados a sentar a partir do momento que haja disponibilidade. Com o requinte de toalha de pano e guardanapo de pano, uma refeição poderá custar-lhe cerca de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;19,10 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt; por pessoa (pão e manteiga, menu do dia- sopa e um prato de carne ou peixe, água, sobreme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;sas e café). Se optar pela carta, a refeição sairá bastante mais cara, sendo que o valor máximo do prato (julgo) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;ser de 50 euros.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Com a presença constante do gerente, conta também com o apoio do próprio Manuel Luís &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Goucha&lt;/span&gt;, que a partir da 13h30 (mais coisa menos coisa), certifica-se que todos os seus clientes estão satisfeitos.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Posso vos garantir, que apesar do preço, saí bastante satisfeita, quer a nível da refeição quer a nível do requinte com que fui presenteada. Junte o leite condensado e misture bem mesmo com a varinha mágica. Entretanto, demolhe a gelatina e quando este estiver mole, dissolva-a com um pouco de água a ferver. Junte ao puré de abacate. Bata as natas em ponto de chantilly e envolva cuidadosamente para não as quebrar.&lt;br /&gt;Por fim, colocar numa taça e leve ao frigorífico.
